At Ben's Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging with all included manuals, accessories, and hardware.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; smaller items can be shipped back using a prepaid label provided by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
